NANA AMA MCBROWN ESCAPE DEATH


NANA AMA MCBROWN IN STABLE CONDITION AFTER THE CAR ACCIDENT 

Actress Nana Ama MacBrown who was involved in a road accident early Wednesday is now in a stable condition according to family source. 

Nana Ama was in stable condition and was responding to treatment at 37 Military Hospital.
She has currently been moved from the intensive care unit of the hospital.
According to source, The actress at about 4:30 am wednesday was involved in a crash on the Lapaz end of the N1 Highway while returning from a movie shoot with her boyfriend, Maxwell Mensah.

Although the boyfriend, who was driving the new Range Rover when a vehicle came from nowhere and crossed them, resulting in the accident sustained a fractured arm, it is unclear the extent of injury of Nana Ama.

The accident has attracted celebrities such as Kofi Adu (Agya Koo) and Funny Face to the 37 Military Hospital.

No doubt this Remix is popping, Sarkodie as usual killing every beatz that comes his way, and this particular beatz is no exception.  i was impressed to hear just the first line of his rap. M.I, what more can i say, he the man.

I am hoping to see more collaboration between Africans music artist and also movie industry as well.

Ghana’s talented comedian, Funny Face has revealed that he will not submit any of his hilarious songs for this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards because they are not serious songs.

Funny face, also known as the SWAG ON PAPA who stars in the popular local series “Chorkor Trotro”, turned his talents to music coming out with the hilarious Sweet Banana.

He also composed a song in honour of the Range Rover that was gifted to him by Togo star, Emmanuel Adebayor titled “My Car” and is currently working on his latest single Grass cutter which he says features a Jamaican artist.

“I’m doing a song with a Jamaican artist “Hitapondayan” (laughing) he’s a serious artist”.

In an interview Funny Face revealed that he will not submit any of his songs for this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards as he himself sees them as useless.

“…no no, I’ve not submitted a song for the awards because some of the songs doesn’t make sense (laughing)…”Aponkye pumee”…its just for fun”.

Sakodie & Fuse to Collaborate


Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie and global azonto ambassador, Fuse ODG are not letting out much but it seems the two have wrapped up recording of a new collaboration together. 

Both have shared photos of themselves together with producer Killbeatz in a studio. 

Sarkodie posted the photo on instagram saying, “Just Killed Inequality Track”. Fuse ODG also wrote on twitter:

After weeks of auditions and competition, Takoradi-based singer and guitarist, Joseph Nkrumah Buabeng, a.k.a Nero-X, has emerged winner of the first edition of the talent show, Born Starz.

The final off Born Starz, which is a Viasat 1 brainchild, came off last Friday at the Accra International Conference Centre with stiff competition among the five finalists Prince, Divinity Blazers, Felicity, Nero-X and Maame Esi.

The contestants wowed the crowd with their performances but the low votes they received saw Divinity Blazers and rapper Prince being eliminated leaving Maame Esi, Nero X and Felicity to compete in the final round. 

After the final round of performances, Felicity Borketey placed third and took home , an LED TV, a water boiler and sandwich maker, and a mentoring session with a celebrity.

Maame Esi Awortwi, came second and received an LED TV, a water boiler and sandwich maker, and a mentoring session with a celebrity.




Takoradi based Nero-X, who emerged the winner will be leaving for the UK on an all-expense-paid trip in March. 

He will have a magazine and online interview with Rickie Davies; meet with music producer Vinnie V for dinner and a recording session; photo shoot with Ernest Simons;  a recording session with J. Appiah and appear at the Ghana Independence show at the o2 Arena. 

While in the UK , Nero-X will also be interviewed on Ghanaian radio stations; have breakfast with Eddie Kadi and friends. 

There were performances by Born Starz judge, Pauline Oduro, hiplife artiste, Okyeame Kwame and UK-based Comedian Eddie Kadi.
