Vodafone Ghana Music award 2014 was once again improved, thrilled; got Ghanaian entertained and the African continent as a whole. It was one of the biggest event held, broadcast and stream live across the continent.

The event kick started by the performance of Castro, followed by bisa kdie. Sonnie Badu storm the stage and turn the whole auditorium into church with astonished performance, followed by O.J and gospel old artist Cindy Thompson.
Sarkodie performed, and also together with Tonga Boy

The event saw Ghanaian faster's rapper Sarkodie swiping away the highest awards of the night 4. He proved he is still on top of his game and indeed the champ is here once again.
The most talked artist of the night was the one and the only Bandana a.k.a Shatta wale of Shatta Movement which disappointingly couldn't make it to the event but managed to win the prestige award of the night  ''Artist of the year''. P-Square Breaks Up

             P-SQUARE BREAKS UP

Sources gathered reveals the hit makers known as P-Square (Paul & Peter) finally breaking up, YES no more P-Square. Paul and Peter are going their separate ways
TayoTv’s representative in Nigeria is confirming the story he said ” they went to court (4/15/2014) to share assets under Square Records”
Even though Paul & Peter just got married, the real story is allegedly they are both not getting along and at this point, there is a very slim chance of reconciling the two stars.
What could have made this two brothers finally breaking up? We are waiting to hear the full version of what actually happened between the two. They say two are better than one, indeed these two brothers are the finest, and biggest sensational music hit makers in Africa.
But what happen if they go solo? Can individual make it without each other?

I Want A Teacher - Kojo Nkansah alias lil wayne

I Want A Teacher'' - Kojo Nkansah/ Lil Wayne

Popular Akan actor Kwadwo Nkansah aka Lylwin has said in an interview with Abeiku Santana on Okay fm that he wants a teacher to help him better his English speaking abilities which he admits is on the low.

“I know my English is not good and I have been trying all this while to communicate in English but it does not work. When I travel abroad, I speak English but in Ghana I dare not. But currently, I am seriously looking forward to learn how to speak good English in what I am doing. I need a teacher to help me out in this regard because I feel this is the time” Kojo Nkansah added.

When asked which level he wants to start his English learning language from, he responded that he does not want to start from scratch because he cannot be in the same class with children who are mainly his fans.

“Though I want to start learning the English language seriously, I don't want to start with the children in the lower classes. I would want to start from institutions like University of Ghana- Legon, Kwame Nkrumah University of Technology (K.N.U.S.T) or University of Cape Coast (U.C.C). I want to start from these institutions because they are adults and with them I am sure I will be able to catch up fast with time” Kumawood darling boy Kojo Nkansah added.

Readers are to note that in a recent press conference held in Kumasi by Paul Gee films for Nollywood queen Patience Ozorkor, she noted that Kumawood is a good initiative therefore we should support it and do more productions with our local language. That statement was supported by Shirley Frimpong Manso CEO of Sparrow`s Production when a party was held for them at the La Palm Royal Hotel after winning the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards in Nigeria.

Fans of Kwadwo Nkansah who heard the award winning actor saying he wants a teacher to better his English are therefore asking that if these two movie giants have all endorsed our local movies, then why is Lylwin trying hard to learn English by hook or crook. “Personally, I don't think Lylwin needs a teacher to succeed in life. He is already successful even though he can`t speak English. Now that the Akan movies are flying, what is his problem getting a teacher. A mechanic fan Thomas Ofori, said; We love him despite the fact that he can`t speak English”

GHANA MUSIC AT WAR ?.... Samini VS Shatta Wale

GHANA MUSIC AT WAR?

 Samini vs Shatta Wale

Samini and Bandana (shatta wale) are both talented reggae, dancehall artist in Ghana who are doing well in the music industry. They both started as hipelife artist and now dancehall

Samini has chopped success in his music career and have won many hearts of Ghanaian  especially the ladies, as they usually called him the ladies man. He has won many awards both locally and international. He is the top featured artist in the history of Ghana music. He is good on stage starting up with freestyle whenever he holds unto the microphone. Since his debut hit song ''Linda'' He has been consistently making hits after hits.
With his Highgrade family, he has been able to help, raise and produce new artist in the likes of Kaaki, stonebwoy, Kofi kinata etc. Indeed, Samini is doing good and he is good at what he does best

On the other hand, Bandana (Shatta wale) with his debut song ''Bandana from Ghana'' features Tinny was a hit. Over the years many hiplife artists have had their challenges either falling apart or going low and Bandana was no exception, but in spite of all, he was still a survivor.

Not forgetting recently incident which took place at the Ghana Music Award 2012 where Bandana claims he was cheated of not being awarded by the organizers of the show Charter House which resulted in some damages.
Bandana (Shatta wale) dropped a hit songs title ''dancehall king, Alkayida, Enter the net'' which won many hearts of Ghanaians especially the youth. Now with new dance called Alkayida, Bandana songs are really fun to dance with.

Self acclaimed '' Dancehall King'' Bandana a.k.a Shatta Wale is the baddest dancehall musician right now in Ghana. No doubt day in and day out, he releases singles after singles and it is making an impact on the airwaves. There is no party without shatta wale song being played.

Samini and Shatta wale has a beef going on which no one seems to understand why. They all claims being better than the other calling themselves The King of dancehall in Ghana. We've heard both releasing beef or dissing songs directed to each other. IS GHANA MUSIC AT WAR?

Ghana music has come of age and this doesnt speak well of us. As two matured adult whatever differences they have, the better finds a way to make peace. And Ghanaian media should stopped rating and making the unnecessary comparison between the two.
The just ended Guniness Big Eruption Concert which took place at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday, Novembe 23 2013 saw Samini and Shatta Wale performing on one stage. People might thought this platform offered to them will bring to an end of long rivalry between the two but it appears the game has only just began.
